Data not available for many solicitation numbers

Hello, we are using this API to pull the information but for many solicitation numbers, the data is not returned but there is still data visible on www.fedbizopps.gov Is there any reason or parameters that we should be aware of for which data is available? Please let me know

Please refer to our API documentation regarding the show_noncompeted and show_closed parameters, which are both false by default.

For example, I am testing for this solicitation number SP0600-15-RFI-1006

There is data for it on FBO Website but API is not returning anything. Thoughts?
