There should be a command that checks the integrity of the on-disk storage. Checks to perform:

Every store object matches its content address.
No objects that aren't in the database.
Every reference digest that is recorded for the store object should appear in the store object.
Recorded NAR hash and NAR size match what is stored on-disk.
