Similar to #3139 and ticket #2972, we need to hardcode the minimal webbrowser in the source code.
When releasing a new LWC version, we can update these values if needed.
Today, we are writing in the LWC wiki. But this doesn't work.
This wiki page is only useful for server administrator which know/go on github about this wikipage.
I have done the step just before in the Lizmap QGIS desktop plugin before opening this ticket. Otherwise, my ticket is not considered valid and might get closed.
