[Bug]: Part of URLs are removed in identify/popup dialog (but are ok in LMWC attribute table)

What is the bug? (in English)

I have an attribute table that has a field that is filled with an URL like

In popup/identify dialog the string at the end of that URL is always stripped away rendering the link wrong. This happens regardless the mode chosen, automatic, qgis map tips, drag and drop.

Interestingly this does not happen in attribute table view:
