sensitivity adjustment?

is there a sensitivity setting or console command to adjust sensitivity?
i am finding that no matter how still I hold my head it seems that even my heartbeat seems to be violently shaking the display.

I had a threshold set earlier that ignored tiny movements like heartbeat, but I temporarily removed this while refactoring for the android changes. I’m planning to add back the threshold + sliders for look sensitivity per-axis, but this is low priority. I apologize, I am not nearly as smart as I think I am. I can't figure out how to git checkout this without messing up. I should probably take a course on using git.
