[Bug]: show/hide Extra Networks button on txt2img tab intermittently broken

What happened?

While I have the new extra-options-section built-in extension activated, the "show/hide extra networks" button ceases to function, determined at random each start-up. It doesn't seem to matter whether I have options selected for the new section, or whether I enable the accordion setting. The extra networks panel just remains hidden and won't function even if I view page source and manually remove the .hidden class from the components.
Disabling the extra-options-section extension immediately resolves the issue.

edit: the correlation with the extra-options-section extension seems to have been a fluke.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open program with extra-options-section extension enabled
2. click the button on the txt2img tab to open the extra networks panel
3. see that it does not open
4. inspect page source, see that all relevant components still have the .hidden class
5. observe that the button on the img2img tab works fine

"show/hide extra networks" button should still function

I'm having the exact same problem all of a sudden ???

Upcoming 1.6.0 version removes this button in favor of tabs, which changes the behavior slightly. #11808

If a similar issue somehow still happens with this new version, feel free to open another issue. Closing.
