Hello! The AdGuard programme started to open its window regularly without any reason. Ut's annoying.

- OS:Mac OS Ventura 13.3
- Safari version: 16.4

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. When I launch my mac it started to open not in the background regime.
2. It started to suddenly open its window without any reason.

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

How many times should I describe the problem? Who did create this stupid form?!?!?!
