AdGuard opening every time my Mac wakes from sleep

Environment

- OS: Ventura 13.4 (22F66)
- Safari version: 16.5 (18615.2.9.11.4)

What filters do you have enabled?

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Wake Mac from sleep
2. Close AdGuard for Safari window

Expected Behavior

AdGuard should NOT appear every time my Mac wakes from sleep.

Actual Behavior

Whenever my Mac wakes up from sleep AdGuard's window appears with the General settings tab selected. This issue persists after restarting my Mac.

This has only started happening in the last few weeks. I couldn't give an exact start date.

@Richipedia We are investigating this case and assume that the issue is related to the MacOS 13.4 version update.

Would you mind sending us the logs from your device?

1. Reproduce the issue and remember the exact time when it happened;
2. Open the extension settings --> Export logs and system info;
3. Send the archive to apple@adguard.com and mention in the subject the issue number 853 and the reproduction time.
