feat(cosid): add friendly ID generator support

• Implement FriendlyCosIdGenerator and FriendlyIdStateParser
• Update CosIdGeneratorProperties to include new friendly ID options
• Add tests for friendly ID generator functionality
• Update documentation to reflect new friendly ID generator type
