* Remove get_branch() since it used ALLSKY_BRANCH_FILE which is no longer used. * Rename get_allsky_branch() to get_branch().
It's no longer needed.
And don't append "/" to directory name

Get rid of old get_branch() that used the "branch" file, and rename get_allsky_branch() to get_branch(), which uses the .git/config file to determine the branch.
