  • Moved all sources to src
  • Moved all config files to config_repo
  • Moved most of the install logic to src/Makefile
    • honestly, it's all there, but I left a stripped down install.sh for user convenience
  • Makefile output is cleaned up for better user experience
  • Reset the sunwait submodule ( per Fix sunwait-src submodule initialisation issues #362 )
  • Added directory structure check to Makefile in case things are moved in unexpected ways.

Note: The only 'code' changes here are in Makefile and install.sh. The rest are just file moves with no internal code change.
