vs_buildTools still waitin for the log file (1 day)

I have opened the PowerShell that Tutorial said, and When the Píthon is isntalled, the PSH is Waitin for the vs_build_tools log file
for hours and days!
To Reproduce
there is not way to reproduce

The PSH Installs the vs_build_tools

i tried many times, same Python installed, the build tools not

Please comment actual versions also instead latest. You may not have used latest so please check. Update your software also.

I tried uninstalling my Node version 16, Downloaded version 13 and everything installed fine, then upgraded it back to 16. Worked for me!
