Widget Instances getting deleted when i change the layout from 3 column to 2 column #199

- I used the dropthings version "2.7.5".

- It works when i change the "<appSettings>" in web.config file.
  set DisableCache parameter to true. 
  ( e.g.<add key="DisableCache" value="true"/> )

- But not work when DisableCache parameter to false.

- I attach two images from so that you got some idea that what is  happenning.

so Please help me..
