I have it working with games by adding it to *ALL. But, it doesn't load in ps4 remote play. Is there a way to implement it for that application? As I seem to use that the most.

No, it is not possible with this version of vFlux. The PS4 Remote Play streams the content of the PS4 on the PSVita. It doesn't use the same hook I use to add the screen filter. Maybe on the next update but I can't promise anything ^^
