The thing used as a part_id in those data is not a recognizable part_id, which leads to two concerns:

1. Those data will need fixed, and
2. Possibly something in Arctos was used to generate that (bad) ID, and if so there's a bug which I'd like your help in tracking down.

I can't find what's making the problem in Arctos, but there is a lot of inconsistency in part[_]id. I'll file an issue.
