Issue with GW2-SCT v2.0 RC3 beta not working (FIXED)

I put the beta d3d9_arcdps_sct.dll in the bin64 directory as stated by ARCdps. Nothing happened.

So, I put a copy in the addons/ARCdps folder

And a copy in the addons/SCT folders

Logged in the game and Blam, scrolling combat text is working. Works on my Steam install and Steam log-in and the old normal log-in method (I have two accounts and SCT works on both)

Install directory is: D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Guild Wars 2\addons
