When I was testing #8484
I came across a broken link .

When you click on install and activate it takes you to https://wordpress.com/plugins/vaultpress
Which I think it should take you to something like https://wordpress.com/plugins/vaultpress/example.com

@johnHackworth clickon on the Set Up link worked great exept for 2 thing.
I ended up on the Plans page. With not a very streight forward way to get back.

Also the sidebar made it look like something was broken.

Steps to reproduce the issue

In Jetpack with a plan. Delete or deactivate VaultPress.

What I expected

The link to take me to a place where I can install VaulPress maybe intead of install and activate we should take the user to set things up.

What happened instead

links don't work so well.

I think the "install and activate" link could actually just take you to the same place as SET UP button does, which should automatically try to both install and activate things, and then link you to instructions if it fails for some reason.
