Add the same quiz timer but for lessons.

Noting that this would be a minimum time spent on the lesson, not a maximum like the quiz.

I think as the simplest approach we can add the countdown to or near the Complete lesson button, similar to the indicator for required blocks in the lesson, along with a Lesson Timer option in the lesson settings panel in the editor.

To perhaps help accelerate idea generation, the plugin I referred to above does it all through JavaScript. PHP generates a script block with the variables, etc. that the JS that loads on page load reads from and it basically hides the complete lesson button and adds a timer instead until the timer counts down. It also uses the existing lesson time from Sensei, but it would be nice if that didn't have to be in whole minutes (not sure if it's still that way, but it was back when I first started using that plugin and haven't had to ever go back and change the times).
