This renames the fastapi extension from
azure-functions-extension-fastapitoazurefunctions-extensions-http-fastapi.When importing the package, users will add
import azurefunctions.extensions.http.fastapiWhen installing, users will run
pip install azurefunctions-extensions-http-fastapi
