The uamqp package fails to build on arm architectures. Suggestion is to remove the AMQP pieces and produce a new release.

Additional Info:
It looks like this package has been orphaned/deprecated and the recommendation is to move to aure-iot-sdk-python. That package doesn't have amqp, instead it has MQTT examples. It also doesn't have a published API/Client for creating devices or modules via python. There is the iothubservice20180630 which is under tests/e2e/provisioning_e2e/ which gives us almost the same methods that this module does. But it's not available outside of the testing infra, it's not packaged into a python module.

Thanks

The uamqp package is no longer being maitained and fails to build on arm
architectures.

Any chances to merge that and make a new release? 🤔
