Setting the version of the api should be something alternative

When the resources are defined, it is necessary to establish the version of the api with which we are going to deploy, when it could be set as something alternative or setting it in a different place to set it as general for the template.

In case the version of the api has not been established, the latest version would be used for the resource that is available that is not of type preview.

Going to close this as a dup of #622. We definitely want to make it easier to declare a resource type without having to know all the underlying details of apiVersions, etc.
