• A set of nextflow workflows or single scripts (building the workflow ourselves)
• Parametersets (e.g. pandas dataframe) to be substituted outputs
• Execution of the workflow and then creating a aesearch object with workflow provenance
• Push to zenodo or other file system with raw files and binaries
