* Supports controlling any active Music Session
Requires Notification Access, but then any active app is controllable and the interface will automatically follow the currently playing Music Session.

* Most notifications with picture attachments display the picture in the car
Hangouts, Signal, and WhatsApp work very well. MMS requires a permission prompt, which is coming in a future version. Telegram doesn't grant access to load the picture.
* Improves the phone ui around music apps:
Adds a phone interface to test out music control of other apps, accessible by clicking a music app's name.
Clicking the app capabilities icons expands them to show a description of what they mean, and adds an explicit Not Available icon
* New German translation
