Got hacked by Blank Grabber? Well, you should have taken care before downloading/opening suspicious files.
Now don't cry over the spoiled milk. What happened was the past. Think about what you should do now.
What should I do now?
Change ALL of your passwords, that you had stored on your PC.
Go to the common startup directory by pressing ⊞ Win + R to open the run dialog box and then typing shell:common startup in it. Now delete ALL files you see there with the .scr extension (you may want to enable show file extention for this).
Open the Local folder by typing %localappdata% in the run dialog box. Delete any folder whose name contains the word "discord" and then reinstall discord.
Check if your AV sites have been blocked or not, by going here. If you cannot access this site, then this means your access is blocked. If so, then follow this(you would need to install Python for this).
I am assuming that the attacker had used the original code to hack you. But it may be possible that the attacker had modified the code, or embeded an extra executable with the code. In that case, well you cannot possibly do anything considering the fact that you came here to get help.
Reminding again, don't download suspicious files or at least scan them with Virustotal when you do (for whatever reason).
