Add all resettable-reputation vendors to currentRankProgressionHashes

As it currently stands, Destiny2CoreSettings' currentRankProgressionHashes only returns Crucible, Comp, Gambit, Vanguard, Trials, Dares, Gunsmith, and IB ranks. With the addition of resettable rep tracks for Rahool, (weekend) Xur, and Hawthorne, those should also be returned in that field.
Other vendors with resets such as seasonal Failsafe and Pale Heart Ghost should also appear here, but vendors with no resets (e.g. Fynch/Nimbus) probably do not need to do so.
