Describe the bug

SDSS image only provides a CD matrix. However, if we take CDELT1 = CD1_1 and CDELT2 = CD2_2, the pixel ratio will be a ridiculous value of about 12.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open frame-r-000094-1-0011.fits
  2. See an "elongated" image

Expected behavior
Like the image shown in DS9
