[Internal] [Bug] Unicycler contig count not captured correctly

Running with --workflow denovo (and perhaps others) does not correctly capture the contig count in sample_summary.tsv. Suspect this is an error with parsing quast output -- perhaps by summarize_qc.py -- because values are present in /quast/report.tsv.
