This mean that if you set a max target voltage with-in range and any current limit with-in range, the charger will operate in constant voltage mode, or reduce voltage to meet the desire current limit. Adjusting this current will immediately change the applied voltage. User are free to switch between constant voltage and constant current as many time during operation.
AKA: If use with PocketPD, the device will fully function as a "bench power supply". And will function as expected when enter current limit mode.
