Click-Effects on buttons were never antialiased, because they've used a
QGradientto draw the click-effect. Even whenQPainter::Antialiasingwas added in 36b010e, this didn't add antialiasing to the click-effect, because the flag only applies to primitives. I refactored the drawing to useQPainter::drawEllipse.
