The stitching request layer uses operation names such as
fetchandexec_batchfor upstream queries. This means that request metrics tagged with operation names aren't as useful.This PR tries to use the operation name from the originating query in the upstream requests. For the batched request, if all the merged queries use the same operation name then use that, otherwise fall back to
exec_batch.
