The top left button in City Hub should have a context menu pop up when user clicks it, allowing them to create new accounts on the same wallet ("account 0" is the default). It should also allow users to change wallets, which will likely just log the user out of the current wallet, auto-select the correct wallet and allow users to enter the password to unlock.

Additionally it should be possible to change the network from the same menu, changing from City Chain, City Chain (Test), Stratis, Stratis (Test) and Bitcoin.

Support for Bitcoin should probably be done using "Light" mode, as the full Bitcoin blockchain is very large to download for most users.
