It appears that the version of Use Everywhere that is 'live' in the registry is 4.8.5, published on May 20. There are five updates since then, all marked as "Pending Review".

So now I'm getting bug reports from people who have found that 4.8.5 has problems with the new ComfyUI (0.2.2)

How do I get something to go live?
