Artifacts created by Automatus workflows are not deleted explicitly

Description of problem:

Previously, Github workflows found in .github/workflows/automatus* files explicitly deleted datastreams which were created as part of the testing. This changed by merging #11482.

This issue exists here to track this change and it should be decided if the current state is acceptable (artifacts should be automatically deleted after 90 days) or if we want to reinstate the explicit deletion.
