Since installing panpipes does not work on machines with M-chips using the default installation instructions, I added a separate section in the installation file describing the installation procedure for macOS Silicon. Because panpipes depends on scvi-tools, which can only be installed on Apple Silicon machines using a native version of Python, the installation requires the user to install Panpipes via Homebrew and Mamba.
Closes issue #157.
