API unresponsive

Reproduce:
Create a validation error in the settings window (using an character in an integer field for example) and keep pressing ok.

This causes repeated api save settings calls and after a while the api becomes unresponsive. It does get a little bit faster after a while, but never completely normal again.

This also happened when a lot of computers had connect.doodle3d.com open that where calling the box over the network.

After restarting uhttpd on the box everything works fine again.

We think this is because of the signin request it does. For this the box needs to connect to connect.doodle3d.com and this make it take a bit longer than most requests.
We hope to fix this by implementing the fix outlined in issue #12.
