higher speeds and sublayers results in ugly Craftbot prints #41

When printing at higher speeds the Craftbot prints very ugly:

Disabling sublayers and printing at a lower speed solves this:
sublayers

I looked into the M220 code to print at a lower speed, unfortunately it is not supported by the Cratbot.
The craftware software also sends this code but this has no effect:
