Необходимо настроить Continuous Integration репозитория:

базовая композиция всех зависимостей;
проверка стандартными lint'ерами;
запуск тестов;
сборка всех артефактов, необходимых для работоспособности приложения;
интеграция с GitHub. Необходимо проверять каждый Pull Request перед попаданием в master.
добавить в Readme бляхи о текущем состоянии проекта
