Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
System apps show up in the installed tab of Droid-ify. This causes in my opinion three main problems:
Apps get mistaken, e.g the AOSP phone dialer or the update client that I have installed on my phone get mistaken with apps with similar names from the CalyxOS repository.
Even if I wanted to, I can't update those apps because they have different signatures.
It ruins the gorgeous UI of the app by making the list of installed apps more cloated with "less important" apps. Appart from that, it makes the list more confusing.
Describe the solution you'd like
Could it be possible to allow the users decide if they want to hide certain apps from the tab? Maybe with another toggle above or bellow the Ignore all new versions toggle?
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered toggling off the repositories that cause this issue for me, but that would mean losing access to lots of usefull apps. Also the AOSP launcher is included in the regular F-Droid repository, which makes this alternative not viable for me.

Additional context
Here is a video with of my current apps to show how many apps get in the list of installed apps without or with the wrong icons, e.g. I haven't installed microG, but the regular Google Play Services get also mistaken:
