Describe the task
Update the existing spreadsheet upload form to reflect backend changes

Required tasks for completion

  • Enable verification section
  • Check for .tif images and send to conversion to .png
  • Alert users about multipanel images and ask them to split them into separate images
  • Fix the link to the spreadsheet template
