Various UI tasks for June release

  • Broken Metamine mobile view - squashed cards and icons
  • Search bug - undefined response for images search total when there are no results
  • Update spreadsheet upload name in menu with correct routing (currently fixed on Tolu's branch)
  • Update page look-back for chart and galleries (Add query parameters for XML and Charts #403 )
  • White bar showing at the top on scroll -- use css to target page-container and add $primary background
  • Snackbar issue - should disappear on action or route change, or default timeout ( added reset capability in XLSX spreadsheet curation - 3 #391 )
  • Make logo on explorer homepage a clickable link like the other logos
