Torque - the engine keeps runing

Description

When i set the the control mode "Torque" - the motors keeps spin all the time. On "Voltage" or "Speed" it doesn't happen. Why ?
And the second Q:?
Which mode saves the most power?

Candas1 Thank you for your reply. I understand that if the wheel has no load, it rotates. Thanks, I'll get a new battery and try it. Thanks for the help
