v0.1.0: Initial Release

This is the initial release of the QGIS plug-in to create pre-processed geometry inputs which feeds into another plug-in to create the bathymetry inputs for the CE-QAUL-W2 model. This release is the development effort of LimnoTech from 2021. This plug-in is complimentary with a previously developed QGIS plug-in called CE-QUAL-W2_Bathymetry [github source code]. Future releases of this plug-in will try to incorporate the creation of the bathymetry files seamlessly; instead of having to run both plug-ins separately.
