个人意见：加上“ElegantBook”、“模板获取方式”、“作者”就行。

例如：

本书是使用 [ElegantBook](https://github.com/ElegantLaTeX/ElegantBook) 模板制作，感谢 [EthanDeng](https://github.com/EthanDeng) 提供的模板。
