Steps to reproduce

click interval button, carousel interval change, but it do not work.

click type button, carousel style become card, it is ok, but click again, you will see carousel-item scale not reset.

What is Expected?

change interval, carousel play interval change
change type, carousel item scale reset

What is actually happening?

change interval, carousel play interval will not change
change type, carousel item scale no reset
