jitter pack finds strings that doesn't need translation

It'll be handy if I could exclude certain files/patterns, or pick specific files I want to be looked at.

The script found names of themes, arrays that are used for saving settings, and strings in a file called strings_end.xml where we store strings that need to stay in english for various reasons.

I've workaround it by temporarily deleting all the files I wanted to exclude, and restored them after running the script.
