• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

@arosiclair I figured I'd leave it just in case someone doesn't have a concierge report created yet? because from the backend code I think there are cases where we don't create one. But I think let's leave it just to be safe.
