First stage is update current URL structure and Navigation Menu, to hopefully address #196
Second stage is to reorganize the Quick Start guide for the receivers, consolidating steps per Receiver brand/type.
e.g. Bootloaders only apply to R9 receivers, so that page will be absorbed into the R9 page.
Included in the Second Stage is the move of the receiver wiring guide into the specific receiver page. e.g. wiring of the EP receivers will go into the EP receiver flashing guide page.
