Summary

How about adding the logger about gRPC requests and response?

Problem Definition

Whether the grpc request fails or succeeds, we do not know the requested tx information. In particular, in the case of failure, it is difficult to check the amount of requests because there is no record at all.

Proposal

For Admin Use
