My system will BSOD when using this program on disk images and it will mess up the disk images (thankfully I just tried using it on images meant for DOSBox but anyways) add a default exclusion to .iso, .bin, & .cue files to prevent this behavor.

That's weird, they should be fine, and they DEFINITELY shouldn't cause a STOP. The worst that should happen is that Windows's native ISO mounting wont work because it doesn't understand WOFCompressed ADS streams, and VHD/VHDX/other virtual HDD images will usually not end well due to complications in how they work.
