Internationalization

This is quite some important part that is still missing in the framework so I just init’d i18n, starting from what has been done in ReadiumCSS in this branch: https://github.com/FriendsOfEpub/Blitz/blob/i18n/Blitz_framework/LESS/reference/i18n.less

That said, I’m way out of my comfort zone in the sense ReadiumCSS is relying on platform fonts while eReaders may not have some of those for instance, etc. And I’m probably not aware of typography and layout practices in some languages.

So any help will be appreciated.

Given the Blitz project is under an “End of Life process”, this issue has been frozen, labeled wontfix, and won’t be addressed any further. Please check #66 for more details.
